I am a South African software builder and incoming MSc Financial Engineering student, focused on AI-assisted enterprise systems, financial technology, and operational decision-support platforms. My current work includes Culltron SmartPort AI Agent for port logistics and AquaGrid Nexus for water-energy resilience. I work mainly with C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Python, databases, dashboards, automation, and AI-assisted development workflows. I am building practical AI systems that help organizations make better decisions, improve efficiency, and solve real infrastructure and sustainability problems.

The problem. In a South African storm, municipal call centres flood. Reports arrive by phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins, and get re-typed, lost or duplicated. Residents never learn what happened, and control rooms cannot show who decided what. What CivicOps does. One front door: residents report by voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, web form or Open311 and get a reference number. On the live demo the resident agent is an ElevenLabs conversational agent using short-lived signed sessions. Bounded agents (Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite, with a deterministic fallback) extract facts, triage, flag duplicates, recommend an eligible crew and draft resident updates, recording provider, model, confidence and reasoning. Agents cannot approve, assign or send anything: a dispatcher approves and assigns, and a supervisor names the incident commander and decides mutual aid. A live map shows aggregated operations only, with no person tracking. Multiple agencies share one incident and timeline. SOS needs a deliberate 3-second hold and never replaces 10111, 10177 or 112. Every action goes into an append-only SHA-256 hash-chained audit trail verifiable in the browser. Hard spend caps switch the demo to a labelled simulation. Honest scope. The demo uses synthetic data (EXPLICIT DEMO); email goes to an outbox only and field responses are simulated; Afrikaans and isiZulu translations await native review. An AMD Instinct/vLLM open-model path is implemented but was not run on AMD hardware for this event.

Tablekeeper is a calm reservation app for one restaurant book. A diner searches for a time and party size and sees only the tables that are really free. The table she picks stays selected while she signs up or signs in, so she never starts over. Bookings need no reference code: they live under My bookings, where she can move to another time or table, or cancel with a confirm step and a Keep reservation option. After every search, booking, move, and cancellation, three agent seats (coordinator, implementer, reviewer) each return a short note from a live model (gpt-5-mini on Azure OpenAI). The reservation engine stays the only authority: it validates every action once, prevents double bookings, and handles joined tables, retries, and restaurant-local times. If the model provider fails or runs out of credits, the app keeps working and clearly shows that the seats are simulated. Only the action name and its result are sent to the model. No diner details, references, or session tokens leave the service, and keys are read from the environment only. The service passes 68 local tests and is deployed on Azure Container Apps. It is a reference build for the Tablekeeper track, not a judged Band room run.

CivicOps Command Platform is a multi-agent civic emergency dispatch system built for the Band of Agents hackathon. It helps municipalities turn scattered citizen reports into structured, trackable response workflows. When a resident reports an issue such as a burst water pipe, outage, blocked road, waste problem, or public safety concern, CivicOps moves the incident through a coordinated agent chain. The Intake Agent captures the location, category, urgency, and description. The Triage Agent classifies the incident and determines priority. The Dispatch Agent routes it to the correct municipal response team. The Public Communications Agent prepares a citizen-friendly status update. The Audit and Supervisor Agent records the decision trail for accountability. Band is used as the coordination layer for the multi-agent workflow, showing how focused agents can hand off structured context instead of relying on one generic chatbot. CivicOps also includes optional provider readiness for AI/ML API and Featherless AI, while keeping deterministic fallback mode available so the demo remains reliable even when external providers are not available. Live demo: https://culltron.app/hackathon Demo video: https://youtu.be/mlmoPMdbyzg?feature=shared Pitch deck: https://github.com/AeriesAgi/civicops/blob/main/CivicOps_Band_of_Agents_Pitch_Deck_QA.pdf GitHub repo: https://github.com/AeriesAgi/civicops The deployed platform includes a judge-facing hackathon page, Band demo room, mobile preview, app/download area, technology partner section, and a full burst-water-pipe scenario showing the end-to-end civic response loop.

Smart Port AI Copilot is an intelligent operations system designed for modern port environments. It acts as a domain-specific AI assistant that helps port operators understand congestion, truck flow, emissions impact, and operational inefficiencies in real time. Unlike generic chatbots, Smart Port is scoped specifically for port logistics. It responds with structured, operational reasoning and focuses only on relevant port data and scenarios. The system can generate executive summaries, suggest operational actions, and simulate decision-making scenarios for improved throughput and reduced delays. The platform demonstrates how AI agents can be constrained to real-world industrial domains, making them safer, more reliable, and more useful in mission-critical environments like logistics infrastructure. Smart Port represents a step toward AI-driven ports that are faster, cleaner, and more efficient.

Culltron CivicOps AI is an app-first civic operations platform powered by a workflow-specific AI agent. Residents can report issues through the Citizen App, describe a problem in natural language, track reference numbers, follow local areas, receive alerts, and use Copilot for guidance. The AI agent helps transform messy resident reports into structured municipal cases. It can extract the issue, correct area names, classify the category, suggest the relevant department, assign priority, draft citizen responses, recommend area alerts, and produce operational summaries for municipal teams. Municipal users get a command-centre dashboard with department queues, incident action panels, public updates, audit history, and human-in-the-loop decision support. CivicOps does not replace emergency services; it helps structure, route, escalate, and track civic reports so communities and public-sector teams can respond more clearly.

Culltron CivicOps AI is an app-first civic incident intake and municipal operations platform built for real communities and public-sector workflows. Residents can use the CivicOps Citizen App to report issues, track tickets, follow local areas, receive alerts, and ask Copilot for help. The platform turns messy civic reports into structured cases with reference numbers, category detection, location cleanup, priority scoring, and routing to the correct department. Municipal teams get a command-centre dashboard with department queues, incident action panels, public updates, audit history, and AI-assisted decision support. CivicOps does not replace emergency services; it helps structure, route, escalate, and track civic reports more clearly. IBM Bob was used to accelerate planning, build structure, documentation, and feature development during the hackathon sprint. Final polish, deployment, Android APK packaging, and submission readiness were completed afterward.

Culltron Smart Port Flow is a live AI-assisted decision-support platform for cleaner, smarter port logistics, built for the AMD Developer Hackathon. Ports and terminals face pressure from truck congestion, berth delays, yard bottlenecks, rising fuel costs, idling emissions, and operational disruptions. This system gives operators a command centre where they can monitor port flow, review incidents, simulate operational scenarios, and receive explainable AI recommendations. The platform includes an operations dashboard, Smart Port AI Agent, Copilot-style operational assistant, scenario simulator, emissions and idling impact views, and recommendation workflows. Instead of only displaying data, the system helps teams understand what actions could reduce congestion, improve throughput, and lower CO₂ impact. The live application is deployed on DigitalOcean, with a Hugging Face Space used as the official project landing page. AMD Developer Cloud credits are available through DigitalOcean for future scaling of heavier AI simulation, forecasting, optimization, and inference workloads. This demo uses seeded/synthetic operational data and does not expose real port, customer, or production data.
