Your Rights.** KirayaSaathi is an AI-powered LegalTech platform designed to make tenancy-related legal information more accessible, understandable, and actionable for tenants and landlords in Pakistan. Rental disputes involving security deposits, rent increases, maintenance responsibilities, eviction, and agreement clauses are common, but understanding applicable tenancy laws can be difficult for people without legal expertise. KirayaSaathi addresses this gap through an integrated AI-powered platform. Users can upload or paste their rental agreements and receive an AI-based clause-by-clause analysis that identifies fair, risky, and missing clauses, along with practical recommendations. The platform also provides a province-aware legal chat assistant that uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to retrieve relevant tenancy-law information before generating responses, helping provide more grounded answers with legal references. Beyond information, KirayaSaathi helps users take action. Its AI-assisted mediation workflow helps structure landlord–tenant disputes and identify possible resolutions, while the Notice Generator converts relevant dispute information into professionally formatted legal notices that users can edit and download as PDFs. The platform is built using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, pgvector, Supabase Edge Functions, OpenAI models, Tesseract.js for OCR, pdfjs-dist for document extraction, and jsPDF for document generation. Security is supported through authentication, Row Level Security (RLS), server-side API secrets, and rate limiting.
