Many patients leave the doctor with a prescription they cannot really read: shorthand like "1 cp x 2/j", Latin abbreviations, a language they do not speak, or they simply do not read well. Taking the wrong amount, at the wrong time or for too long can hurt them. ClearCare turns a typed or dictated prescription into a short, plain sheet: what each medicine is for, how much to take, when, with or without food and for how long. It is available in English and 9 other languages, including Moroccan Darija (also in Latin letters), Arabic, French and Spanish. Safety comes first. Personal details are removed on the device before anything reaches the AI. DeepSeek-V4-Flash on AMD Developer Cloud reads the prescription, and each medicine appears on screen as soon as it has passed its checks (about 6 seconds for the first one). Code then checks every number against the original text and never shows a medicine that is not on the prescription. Dose sentences come from fixed templates, so the AI never re-words a dose. When something is unclear, the patient gets an apology with the reason instead of a guess. A second model, MiMo-V2.6-Flash, rates the final text and quotes what is wrong, and a doctor approves every sheet before the patient gets it. We measured it: 210 of 211 checks passed on 25 labelled prescriptions, with 0 privacy leaks and 0 invented numbers. The second model caught 28 of 31 planted mistakes. ClearCare only restates the prescription: no diagnosis, no medical advice.
