Production incidents today are still resolved manually: an engineer sees a failure, digs through logs and stack traces, investigates, writes a fix, tests it, and documents it — a slow, repetitive process where knowledge from past incidents is rarely reused. Similar bugs get re-diagnosed from scratch every time they resurface, costing teams hours of downtime and duplicated effort. REGEN is an autonomous incident-response and self-healing pipeline that closes this loop end to end. When a production failure occurs, REGEN's orchestrator captures the incident and runs it through a five-stage AI agent pipeline: Triage identifies the root-cause file and function from the error signature and stack trace; Diagnose generates a regression test that reproduces the bug; Treat writes a minimal, targeted patch with a confidence score; Verify applies the patch in a sandbox and confirms the regression test now passes; and Scribe records the verified fix into REGEN's Immune Memory. The next time a matching or similar incident occurs, REGEN skips the entire investigation cycle and reuses the already-verified fix automatically — recovering in seconds instead of minutes. We demonstrate this on ShopFlow, a simulated e-commerce checkout service. In our live demo, a multi-currency voucher discount bug (Math.round replaced with Math.trunc during currency conversion) causes the payment gateway to reject valid transactions with a PAYMENT_MISMATCH_ERROR (HTTP 500). REGEN detects the failure, traces it to the exact function and line, generates a regression test proving the defect, patches the single faulty token, verifies the fix restores HTTP 200 checkouts, and stores the incident-to-fix mapping in memory. When a similar incident is triggered again, REGEN matches it against Immune Memory and recovers instantly via the "warm path," with no repeated diagnosis. Our target users are engineering and DevOps/SRE teams running production services who need faster mean-time-to-recovery (MTTR) without scaling up on-call headcount. Site reliability engineers interact with REGEN primarily through a live dashboard that streams each pipeline stage (Triage, Diagnose, Treat, Verify) in real time over Server-Sent Events, giving full visibility and an audit trail for every autonomous fix, rather than a black-box auto-patch. What makes REGEN unique is the cold-path/warm-path memory design: REGEN doesn't just patch and forget — it learns once per class of incident and recovers instantly for every repeat occurrence, turning every resolved incident into reusable organizational knowledge. This directly targets the core problems of slow investigation, repetitive debugging, manual regression testing, and lost incident knowledge, making recovery from known incident classes effectively immediate while keeping engineers in the loop with full transparency rather than removing them from the process entirely.
