StockPulse is an AI-powered inventory and procurement intelligence platform designed to help retailers make smarter, faster, and more informed purchasing decisions. Retailers often struggle with stockouts, excess inventory, unpredictable demand, and changing supplier prices or delivery times. These challenges lead to lost sales, tied-up capital, and reduced profit margins. StockPulse brings sales data, inventory records, and supplier documents into one intelligent workflow. Its AI-powered document extraction system converts supplier PDFs, invoices, and emails into structured information, including product costs, lead times, and minimum order quantities. Machine-learning forecasting models analyze historical sales to estimate future SKU-level demand, while a risk detection engine identifies potential stockouts, dead stock, and margin erosion. A constraint-aware replenishment optimizer then calculates purchase quantities based on forecast demand, available inventory, supplier restrictions, and budget limits. An AI procurement agent connects these capabilities, explains recommendations in plain language, and helps prepare purchase orders for human review and approval. By combining AI with quantitative forecasting, deterministic calculations, and human oversight, StockPulse aims to turn fragmented inventory data into actionable purchasing decisions. The goal is to help retailers reduce waste, protect margins, improve inventory availability, and spend their purchasing budgets more effectively.
