Undermap
Undermap is a specialized prospecting layer for professionals selling services to local businesses. Based on a seller’s location and offerings, coordinated AI agents discover local businesses, audit their public web presences against verifiable signals, rank them within their cohort, and generate sourced audit reports alongside tailored outreach drafts. The platform operates under strict technical and legal boundaries. Every claim rendered must be traceable to a timestamped public source—a rule enforced in code rather than prompt instructions. Additionally, all scoring relies entirely on Undermap’s independent web crawls rather than third-party judgements. To remain compliant, data sources whose terms prohibit derived datasets (such as ratings, reviews, and user photos) are never used to build stored scores. Contact retention and outreach drafting unlock exclusively in legally vetted markets. Positioned in the workflow prior to lead databases, CRMs, or website builders, Undermap relies on a intentionally deterministic core architecture. LLM calls are reserved exclusively for three specific judgement points: classifying ambiguous web pages, locating web presence for businesses without websites, and extracting structured data from spoken field notes.
