Jumping between rapid meetings, scattered task notes, code review threads, and forgotten architectural decisions fractures the developer's flow state. Furthermore, relying on cloud-based AI tools introduces serious privacy risks regarding proprietary code and exposes workflows to unexpected rate-limiting outages (429 errors) and service downtime. Solution: Cerebro Flow is a privacy-preserving, local-first Digital Brain and AI Developer Companion engineered to maintain an uninterrupted flow state. Operating entirely on local SQLite/WAL persistence, Cerebro Flow captures meeting context, technical decisions, and contact identities, projecting live telemetry into an interactive spatial 3D neural graph. Built on a strict permission boundary—"Brain proposes, you decide, Product executes"—the system never autonomously executes system or git commands without explicit user authorization. Target Users & Interaction: Engineers, technical leads, and software teams interact with Cerebro Flow through a native, frameless Electron desktop application featuring a high-contrast Zinc design system. Developers query their digital brain via natural language chat, track live project telemetry on a mərkəzləşdirilmiş 3D Connectome, manage service permission matrices, and review automated bug fixes and deployment proposals before one-click execution. Creativity & Uniqueness: 1. Fly 3D Connectome Engine: Inspired by the biological Mushroom Body neural wiring of the adult fruit fly (FlyWire dataset), our behavior engine features dopamine-gated synaptic plasticity (DAN_PAM/PPL pathways) and a learned motor flight cycle (TAKEOFF → FLYING → LANDING). Telemetry events dynamically alter flight physics (e.g., jittering on critical alerts). 2. 1ms Resilient Fallback: When external cloud LLMs fail or hit rate-limits, Core Brain instantly switches to a 1ms local memory fallback, ensuring zero workflow interruption. 3. Deterministic Identity Resolution: Intelligently merges and resolves contact identities across conversations, calendar events, and code commits. Effectiveness & Efficiency: By combining zero-cloud data locality, deterministic RAG memory retrieval, and a strict action boundary, Cerebro Flow eliminates context switching while safeguarding sensitive codebases.
