Freelancers waste hours writing proposals for jobs they were never going to win — too many competing bids, clients who never actually hire, budgets that don't match their rate. That intelligence exists, but it's scattered across five platforms and hidden behind bot protection. Sift fixes this. It scans live listings across Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and Toptal simultaneously, then scores every opportunity 0–100 against your specific skill levels, niche, and target rate, not a generic market score. It reads client history behind bot protection (spend, hire rate, disputes), delivers a GO/RISKY/SKIP verdict with data-backed reasons, and even writes a proposal opening line grounded in the listing and your actual portfolio. A per-user knowledge graph means every scan makes the next one sharper, turning hours of manual research into a 30-second decision.
