Pocketful demonstrates a reusable software factory through a demanding payments application. Three external BAND agents divide the work: a coordinator sends complete tasks, an implementer builds and commits each stage, and a reviewer checks exact revisions in isolated containers. Generic mandates define the roles without embedding the payments specification. Four buildable stage folders cover wallet transfers, requests and bill splits, a browser interface and authorization holds, historical statements and corrections, then refunds and atomic correction batches. The generated app uses Python and plain JavaScript. The official full-session export contains 556 events and one human dispatch, with no later human message. Dispatch to the coordinator final report took 73 minutes 45 seconds; the approximately 76-minute room interval includes setup. Each stage was accepted on first review, with no rejection episode. Independent validation from fresh public clones with the pinned organiser harness passed the exact all-stage isolated CLI command: 147, 182, 188 and 193 required checks across the four folders, 710 cumulatively, exit 0. The reviewed documentation branch preserves the original stage code, room export and mandates. Genuine preceding-stage services were used for upgrade tests. Public checks do not establish hidden-test coverage or a judging score. The public repository includes mandates, factory scripts, stage source, the full room export, video and slides. Approximately USD 176.20 is the operators’ reported list-price estimate on subscription access, not an invoice; the current room export does not contain token counters.
