ForgeMind is an AI-powered investment decision platform designed to help founders evaluate startup ideas through multiple specialized perspectives instead of relying on a single AI response. A startup is analyzed by five specialized AI directors: Market Director, Finance Director, Founder Coach, Risk Director, and Devil’s Advocate. Each director independently evaluates the startup based on their specific role, identifying opportunities, concerns, assumptions, and missing information. ForgeMind then brings these perspectives together to identify board alignment, agreements, disagreements, confidence levels, investment rationale, and decision blockers. Instead of forcing a simple “Invest” or “Reject” answer, the system can recommend “Needs More Information” when critical evidence is missing. The platform also turns the board's concerns into a concrete action plan and decision path, helping founders understand exactly what they need to validate or improve before seeking investment again. For external research and supporting information, ForgeMind integrates the Bright Data API. Gemini 2.5 Flash powers the AI reasoning and analysis, while the backend orchestrates the specialized director workflow and final board synthesis. The interactive frontend experience was developed using Natively AI with a React/Vite-based interface. In our MediMatch demonstration, ForgeMind evaluates a US health-tech startup addressing specialist referral delays. The board identifies strong market potential while raising concerns around financial modelling, team expertise, healthcare compliance, EMR integration, data acquisition, and specialist adoption. Rather than simply rejecting the idea, ForgeMind converts these concerns into specific actions the founder can take. ForgeMind's goal is to move AI from giving founders a single answer to giving them the boardroom behind the answer — multiple perspectives, transparent reasoning, evidence, and actionable next steps.
