Mental health monitor
Zedoc CareBridge is a secure, consent-driven digital healthcare platform designed to give patients greater control over their medical information while improving continuity of care between patients and healthcare providers. The platform provides patients with a centralized digital health vault where they can securely manage medical records such as reports, prescriptions, scans, and other healthcare documents. Instead of sharing complete medical histories indiscriminately, Zedoc is designed around patient-controlled, granular consent, allowing users to decide which healthcare information can be accessed, by whom, and for how long. A key feature of Zedoc is its QR-based healthcare access system. Patients can generate a secure QR access mechanism that allows an authorized healthcare provider to initiate an access request. The provider does not automatically receive unrestricted access. The patient can review the request, select the relevant categories of medical information, approve or reject the request, and revoke access when required. Access is designed to be time-limited and auditable, helping maintain transparency around who accessed a patient's information and when. For healthcare providers, Zedoc provides a dedicated Provider Dashboard where doctors can search for patients, request access to records, view records that have been explicitly authorized, and review relevant patient information. The platform is designed so that provider access is governed by the patient's consent rather than unrestricted database access. Zedoc also incorporates AI-assisted healthcare experiences. The AI Care Companion is intended to help users understand their health information, organize information, track wellbeing, and receive general guidance without replacing qualified medical professionals. On the provider side, AI-assisted clinical summaries can help organize authorized medical records into a more understandable overview while maintaining links to the underlying source records. The platform includes a mental wellbeing and monitoring component, allowing users to track wellbeing-related information and interact with the AI companion. Sensitive wellbeing information is treated as a distinct category of healthcare information, with access controlled through the same consent-based principles. Security and accountability are central to the platform. Medical records can be stored with associated metadata and integrity checks, while important actions such as record creation, access, consent changes, and other security-related events can be recorded through an audit trail. The architecture is designed around principles such as role-based access, consent enforcement, limited data exposure, revocable permissions, and secure handling of healthcare information. Zedoc supports three primary roles: Patients — manage health records, permissions, QR access, wellbeing information, and AI-assisted health interactions. Healthcare Providers — request and access authorized patient information and use AI-assisted summaries to understand permitted records. Administrators — monitor platform activity, users, security events, and system health. The overall objective of Zedoc CareBridge is to address a common problem in healthcare: patient information is often fragmented across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, documents, and personal devices. Zedoc aims to create a more connected health-information experience while keeping the patient at the center of access decisions. In simple terms, **Zedoc CareBridge is a patient-controlled digital health vault combined with consent management, secure provider access, QR-based sharing, wellbeing tools, auditability, and AI-assisted understanding of healthcare information.**
