Autolivery is an agent that paints race cars. Give it a brief, such as "Gulf-style, number 85, Neon Doll Racing, number readable from trackside", and it designs a livery for a specific car, fits it to that car's real 3D model, and revises until the checks pass. The agent has a verification tool it cannot talk its way past. Assetto Corsa's car models are built in metres, so every texture coordinate maps to a real size on the bodywork. Fitment checks each draft against that geometry: a race number's capitals must be at least 140 mm tall on the car, a team name's 45 mm; lettering keeps its margin from shut lines and door handles; a name must stand 6:1 in contrast against what is under it; a stripe must run nose to tail without gaps or offsets between panels; and a renderer counts how much of each piece every view actually shows. None of that is judged from a picture. It is arithmetic on the model. A vision critic (Claude Sonnet 5) judges what only a picture can show: whether it reads as the style, and whether everything the brief asked for is on the car and where. Whenever critic and measurement disagreed, the measurement was right, so every computable judgment was moved into fitment. The planner (Claude Opus 5) hears both verdicts as structured data and revises. The agent never touches the working design. It drafts, the harness measures, and only a draft that passes lands in the editor's inbox, where a person clicks Accept or Discard. Every model and tool call is traced as OpenTelemetry spans to AgentOps, with cost. On a GT3, an Abarth and a Formula 4 the loop passed in one round each, under two minutes, under a dollar. liverykit, the toolkit underneath (model reader, panel profiles, editor, MCP tools), existed before the hackathon. The agent, the checks, the critic and its eval are this week's work. The project fits no partner track and is submitted as an open build.
