Developers often lose significant time translating incomplete bug reports into a reliable fix. They must reproduce the issue, investigate likely causes, decide which files to modify, define acceptance criteria, and plan regression testing. This work is frequently scattered across tickets, logs, source files, and pull-request discussions, which increases handoffs, rework, and the chance that an important validation step is missed. FixFlow is a browser-based developer workflow prototype that turns a bug report into a clear, structured path from issue to fix. A developer enters a title, severity, description, and environment, then selects Analyze Issue. FixFlow presents four connected stages: Reproduce, Diagnose, Fix Plan, and Validate Tests. Each stage guides the developer through the information needed to confidently move forward rather than jumping directly to a vague code suggestion. The result is a PR-ready summary containing the likely root cause, suggested files to change, concrete acceptance criteria, and a focused validation checklist. The prototype includes realistic presets for authentication, performance, and UI issues, allowing users to demonstrate the workflow quickly. FixFlow is intentionally lightweight: it runs as a responsive static web application with no backend, credentials, or installation required. This makes it easy to evaluate while demonstrating a practical workflow improvement. By converting an unstructured report into an actionable and testable plan, FixFlow helps developers reduce manual triage effort, improve consistency, and move more confidently from bug report to validated change
