Job hunting is plagued by high friction and platform fragmentation. Candidates spend dozens of hours navigating disjointed portals (LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.), typing repetitive search queries, and re-evaluating duplicate job listings across sessions. Conventional job boards rely on rigid keyword matching, generating false matches while missing relevant roles with differing job titles. Meanwhile, automated "auto-apply spam bots" blindly submit applications, risking immediate account shadowbans and ATS blacklisting.
