ProcureX is an autonomous AI-powered Supply Chain Exception Handler and Intelligent Command Center designed to help manufacturing companies respond faster to supply chain disruptions. Instead of relying on manual monitoring and delayed reports, ProcureX continuously analyzes purchase orders, supplier performance, inventory levels, delivery schedules, and production requirements. When a problem occurs—such as a delayed shipment, low inventory, or an unreliable supplier—the system identifies the risk, calculates its possible impact on production, and recommends the best alternative action. ProcureX can compare suppliers based on factors such as price, lead time, reliability, available capacity, and overall risk. It then provides clear recommendations, such as selecting an alternative supplier, adjusting an order, or prioritizing materials that are critical to production. Through its intelligent command center, users can quickly see supply risks, inventory runway, supplier options, affected production lines, and recommended actions in one place. This reduces the time spent manually reviewing supply chain data and helps teams make faster, data-driven decisions. Built using AMD Instinct MI300X, ROCm, and Gemma-based AI models, ProcureX transforms supply chain management from a reactive process into a proactive and intelligent system that helps prevent production delays, reduce operational risk, and improve decision-making.
