Most hackathon projects die the moment the event ends: no docs, no tests, no clear path back in, so builders abandon repos they might've actually wanted to keep. Hackathon Repo Doctor demonstrates a Bob-powered workflow that fixes this in minutes. I built a deliberately rushed Express API live during this hackathon, then used IBM Bob 2.0 to: 1. Diagnose the codebase: full architecture overview, dependency map, and a severity-ranked list of issues 2. Generate a real Jest + Supertest suite covering all routes, 10/10 passing 3. Fix the top 2 flagged issues (missing PORT fallback, no input validation), then update the tests to prove the fix works, 11/11 passing Every step is a real Bob task session, screenshotted in the repo's bob_sessions folder, nothing here is staged. Any hackathon builder can point this workflow at their own repo and get back something they can actually maintain, instead of letting it die after submission.
