Unfire Dark Factory is a reusable multi-agent software factory built in BAND Desktop. Distinct Architect, Builder and Auditor seats coordinate through explicit handoffs, independent verification gates and cumulative stage acceptance. The same generic mandates can be reused for unrelated software tasks. For this hackathon, the factory was tasked with the Pocketful track. It produced four standalone cumulative stages covering wallet and payments, authorizations and captures, temporal history and statements, and refunds plus atomic correction batches. The final Stage 4 implementation passed the shipped official challenge harness in host and isolated modes with highest_contiguous=4. The public repository includes stage-1 through stage-4, generic seat mandates, FACTORY.md, README.md and the exported BAND room history as room.json. The room documents the actual collaboration and failure-repair loop: the factory caught concurrency issues, UI omissions, temporal consistency requirements, refund and correction edge cases, and infrastructure failures that were distinguished from service defects.
