RepoGuide is a Legacy Codebase Onboarding Assistant powered by IBM Bob. Point it at any GitHub repo, and Bob reads every source file to generate a complete onboarding package: tech stack, module breakdown, data flow diagrams, API reference, database schema, setup steps, and known gaps — automatically. Verified on two different stacks (Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/Express), with every Bob finding manually cross-checked against real source code. Turns hours of manual onboarding into minutes of reading.
