Modern software systems are highly interconnected, but developers often lack a clear view of what a seemingly small code change can affect. A change to one module can propagate through multiple dependencies and create failures in services or components that were not directly modified. Identifying these risks manually is time-consuming and becomes increasingly difficult as repositories grow. ImpactOS is a developer-focused change impact intelligence platform designed to make this process easier. It analyzes a repository, builds an understanding of its dependency relationships, identifies modules affected by a change, and estimates the potential risk and blast radius before the change is deployed. The project combines a Python-based analysis engine with a web interface. The backend analyzes Python repositories and tracks direct and indirect dependencies. Given changed files, it determines the affected modules, propagation depth, impact score, and risk level. It also produces evidence explaining why modules were identified as affected and generates recommendations for code review and testing. ImpactOS also includes Git-aware change detection. Instead of requiring developers to manually specify every changed file, the analyzer can inspect Git status and automatically detect relevant Python changes, including modified, added, deleted, renamed, staged, and unstaged files. Deleted files are handled gracefully so that previously indexed dependencies can still be considered during impact analysis. The frontend provides a visual dashboard for understanding repository architecture and analysis results. Developers can trigger the backend analyzer and immediately see the calculated risk level, impact score, direct and indirect affected modules, supporting evidence, and recommended investigation or testing actions. The platform also demonstrates how repository analysis can support incident investigation. Repository-derived evidence is separated from static demonstration data, making it clear which conclusions are backed by actual code analysis and which require external operational sources such as telemetry, deployment history, or APM systems. The target users are software developers, reviewers, and engineering teams who want a faster way to understand the potential consequences of code changes. Rather than replacing developer judgment, ImpactOS provides dependency-aware evidence that helps teams decide what deserves additional review and testing. The project is currently demonstrated using a Python fixture repository and is structured so that the analysis engine can be integrated with larger repositories and additional operational data sources in the future.

FounderOS is an AI-powered venture intelligence platform designed to help founders make smarter startup decisions before investing significant time and resources into development. Traditional startup validation requires extensive market research, competitor analysis, customer discovery, investor feedback, and strategic planning. FounderOS automates this process through a collaborative multi-agent AI architecture powered by Fireworks AI. When a user submits a startup idea, FounderOS launches a team of specialized AI agents working in parallel: Market Agent evaluates market size, trends, opportunities, and growth potential. Competitor Agent analyzes the competitive landscape and identifies differentiation opportunities. Customer Agent researches target audiences, pain points, and adoption likelihood. Investor Agent simulates venture capital due diligence and estimates fundability. Strategy Agent generates actionable go-to-market and scaling recommendations. Synthesis Agent combines insights from all agents into a unified executive report. The platform produces detailed startup intelligence reports, including venture viability scoring, market attractiveness scoring, fundability assessment, risk analysis, strategic recommendations, and investment readiness insights. Built with Next.js, FastAPI, and Fireworks AI, FounderOS demonstrates how multi-agent systems can transform startup validation from a lengthy manual process into an intelligent, data-driven workflow. By providing founders with comprehensive venture intelligence in minutes, FounderOS reduces uncertainty, improves decision-making, and helps entrepreneurs focus on ideas with the highest potential for success. Tech Stack: Next.js, React, FastAPI, Python, Fireworks AI, DeepSeek V4 Flash, Vercel, Render. Track: Unicorn Pre-Screening / Venture Intelligence.
