AI Customer Service Workspace is a project developed for the LabLab Hackathon using Natively AI Builder. The app demonstrates how customer queries can be handled automatically with AI, reducing response time and improving support efficiency. The workflow is straightforward: an input box captures customer questions, an AI block processes the text, and an output card displays the generated reply. Authentication is managed via Supabase, ensuring secure access to the workspace. This project highlights how AI can be integrated into customer service systems to deliver fast, accurate, and scalable support. Future improvements include adding type‑check and test scripts for CI and expanding AI responses to cover more scenarios.
