Starforge: Pocketful Dark Factory
Starforge is a solo entry in the Pocketful track. Four coding seats collaborate in BAND Desktop using generic mandates: Clean Coordinator plans and routes complete handoffs, Clean Auditor freezes a requirements ledger and independent tests before implementation, Clean Builder alone writes product code, and Verifier checks exact product and audit commits in fresh containers. The submitted snapshot completes Stage 1: a wallet and payments HTTP API with money requests, bill splits, idempotent retries, atomic net settlements and portable full-state export/import. It runs without outbound network or an external datastore. No browser UI or later-stage completion is claimed. The clean run received one human task. Agents handled three genuine rejections and repairs autonomously: malformed reset behavior, concurrent reset/health deadlines, and login deadlines during state replacement. The accepted revision passed all 147 published Stage 1 tests and 198 independent subtests; every one of 85 requirements-ledger rows was reconciled. Private judging suites remain unavailable. The public repository preserves agent commit history, four actual mandates, the unchanged full BAND room export, independent audit and safe failure/acceptance evidence. FACTORY.md explains setup, ownership and limits. Stage 1 took about two hours and thirteen minutes through final reconciliation. Provider token usage and billing are unknown. The presentation and video show the actual room, handoffs and accepted result.
