ForgeLoop is a reusable 3-agent software factory built for the WeAreDevelopers × BAND Dark Factory Hackathon. A Planner converts an incoming specification into numbered requirements and self-contained handoffs. An Implementer builds, tests, and commits the software. A Reviewer independently rebuilds the exact commit in a clean worktree, runs the official isolated harness plus its own probes, and can reject work with reproducible defects so the Planner routes repairs. The factory uses generic mandates rather than Tablekeeper-specific instructions, making the same team structure reusable across software tasks. In the judged Tablekeeper run, the factory progressed through four cumulative stages and achieved 4/4 approvals with 158/158 shipped checks passing. The Reviewer also found three real defects that the shipped checks missed, triggering a reject → fix → re-verify cycle. The submitted repository preserves the Band-generated stage history, full room export, generic mandates, factory runtime, validation tooling, and evidence trail. The resulting Stage 4 application is publicly deployed at: https://tablekeeper-demo-rxjp.onrender.com The judged run used Claude Code seats through BAND: Claude Sonnet for planning and Claude Opus for implementation and review. Two administrative resume messages were required after provider/network interruptions; they contained no technical steering.
