Tablekeeper Dark Factory demonstrates a reusable software factory built in BAND with three independent Codex seats: an Architect Coordinator, an Implementer, and an Independent Verifier. The coordinator reads each complete stage specification, delegates bounded work, preserves decisions, and advances only exact accepted revisions. The implementer builds the service in chronological commits. The verifier independently rebuilds it, attacks public behavior and edge cases, and rejects material defects with reproducible evidence before any stage is accepted. Across four stages, the factory delivered a containerized restaurant reservation system covering authentication, availability search, bookings, cancellations and amendments, combined tables, immutable and effective-dated policies, history, recurring reservations, atomic seating repair, and recurring amendments. A real Stage 4 rejection and correction remain visible in both the BAND room export and Git history. The final clean run passed all 158 official checks, 133 independent API groups, 46 browser groups, and three prior-stage migration checks. The public repository includes every stage, generic mandates, FACTORY.md, RUN.md files, the unchanged full BAND room export, chronological history, and exact reproduction instructions. Judges can inspect the evidence, rebuild the final container, and trace accepted work back to the multi-agent collaboration.
