FitFlow — AI-Curated Training PWA for Gyms
**FitFlow — AI-Guided Training for Gyms Without a Trainer on Staff** Millions of gym-goers can't afford a personal trainer, and most gyms can't offer one to every member. FitFlow is a B2B SaaS platform gyms subscribe to monthly, giving members AI-guided training without extra staff. How it works: Gym owners sign up with gym name and email, confirm via a secure magic link, and get a shareable link for members. Members access their dashboard with just a name and PIN, select a target area (Chest, Legs, Back, Arms, Shoulders, Core, Full Body), and FitFlow curates real YouTube training videos for that area via the YouTube Data API. Built vs in progress: Signup, magic-link auth, member access, and video curation are fully functional end-to-end. We also built a full AI workout-plan generator (Planner Edge Function) — architecturally complete but non-functional here, since our AI API credits ran out during testing and the hackathon promo code failed to apply before the deadline. This is a credits issue, not a missing feature. Tech stack: Built primarily on native.builder, with Supabase powering auth, database, and Edge Functions, plus the YouTube Data API for video curation. Target user: Gym owners wanting more value without hiring trainers, and members who can't access one-on-one training. Roadmap: Reactivate the AI plan generator once credits return, upgrade UI/UX to a polished design system, add gym-specific member sign-in tied to real subscriptions, and harden app security for real-world launch.
