The IV League
The IV League is a fully autonomous options trading system built for options trading, Every morning it looks at eight stocks, ranks them by option pricing patterns, and splits them into two groups. The calmer names get sold as short puts for steady premium. The more volatile ones get handed to an AI agent that reads the morning's price action and news, then calls a direction with a confidence score. Nothing gets traded on a hunch. A Risk Manager sizes every position against the real account balance and rejects anything it can't afford, no exceptions. An Execution Agent places the orders, checks them roughly once a minute, and closes them on profit targets, stop losses, or time limits, whichever hits first. If anything is still open at day's end, a separate safety script forces it closed, just in case the main system is stuck. What makes this different from a typical trading bot is that it argues with itself. Every evening, a Strategist agent reviews what happened, checks whether the day's decisions used all the available information, and writes up what worked and what didn't. A human reads that report and decides what actually changes. Real bugs have been caught and fixed this way, on the same day they happened, not weeks later in a postmortem nobody reads. Across four real trading days on a paper account, the premium selling side won 83 percent of the time. The directional side, the one making actual predictions, lost more often than it won, and the system responded by cutting position size in half and shortening how long it holds a losing idea. It also survived a real production failure this week, a login error that would have silently skipped a trading day, without placing a single bad order, because it's built to fail safely first and work second. It's not perfect. It's honest about where it's losing money, and it changes its own mind when the evidence says to.
