Pocketful is a staged payment and wallet service created using a multi-agent software factory built in BAND. Instead of developing the application directly, I designed a workflow where specialized AI agents collaborate as an engineering team. A Software Architect interprets requirements and delegates work, an implementation agent builds the solution, and an independent Reviewer tests the result, identifies issues, and verifies fixes. The factory developed Pocketful across four progressively more complex stages while preserving functionality from previous stages. The agents handled implementation, testing, concurrency and edge-case analysis, regression testing, and Docker verification. When problems were discovered, work was routed back through the factory for correction and independent re-review. The final result demonstrates not only a working application, but a reusable development process designed around delegation, independent verification, and evidence-based sign-off.
