RIOSE is a livestock simulation platform built for the operational reality of modern cattle production. It helps producers, farm managers, consultants, and agribusiness teams evaluate management scenarios before committing changes, resources, and operational capacity in the field. Users can define a production baseline, adjust factors such as feeding, environment, herd configuration, or operating conditions, and compare the expected effects through reproducible simulations, charts, daily results, and scenario history. RIOSE is designed to make scenario analysis more transparent, repeatable, and scalable across livestock operations. The platform brings together simulation, scientific references, observed data, and accelerated computing to support more structured planning, operational consistency, and better-informed decisions. Rather than acting as a black-box prediction tool, RIOSE provides a clear environment for testing “what-if” decisions, comparing alternatives, reducing experimentation risk, and standardizing how production scenarios are evaluated before field execution. RIOSE also integrates AMD ROCm and PyTorch, with a validated execution path on AMD Instinct MI300X hardware, creating a foundation for higher-scale computational workloads as the platform evolves. Its long-term vision is to become a digital decision-support layer for livestock production, connecting simulation, operational data, scientific knowledge, and computing infrastructure to support more efficient, scalable, and data-driven agricultural systems.
