The Bullish Bots is an end-to-end autonomous options trading agent built on Google ADK, the official Alpaca MCP Server, Alpaca's real-time WebSocket, and Gemini/Groq reasoning models — a closed loop from market scan to executed trade to risk-managed exit. How it works: Each cycle runs a four-stage chain. It perceives the market by pulling 120-day bars across 30+ liquid tickers, computing EMA 20/50 crossovers, RSI-14, and volume-surge signals. It reasons — Gemini 3.6 Flash or Groq Llama 3.3 70B forms a thesis per setup with a conviction score and the specific OCC contract that fits (10–35 DTE, ~0.40–0.50 delta). That thesis must clear a risk gate: 5% allocation cap per position, 8 max concurrent positions, and a ≥60% cash reserve floor. Only a passed thesis can act — placing a real order via the Alpaca MCP Server against a paper account. Once open, our Position Reaper enforces three exits with no human approval: take-profit at +50–80%, hard stop-loss at -40%, and a theta safety exit within 1 DTE. It runs interactively (Google ADK chat) or headless (Cloud Run daemon via Cloud Scheduler), and every decision — pass or fail — is logged to a Decision Audit Journal. A live dashboard shows real-time portfolio value, cash reserve ratio, guardrail status, open positions, order book, and an AI copilot for plain-language risk audits. In live testing, it correctly self-throttled into an OVER_EXPOSED state at 8/8 positions while simultaneously reaping a real +89% take-profit and two real stop-losses — proof the risk logic holds under actual market conditions.
