When someone spots an injured stray, they post on social media and hope an NGO happens to see it. There's no system to route that report to a nearby rescuer, no way to track what happens to the animal afterward, and donors never see proof that their money made a difference. PawTrack fixes this with one connected workflow. A reporter submits a case with a photo, location, and condition description — an AI model instantly suggests the urgency level and a short summary, so triage happens in seconds, not hours. The case appears in a live feed sorted by distance, so the nearest verified rescuer sees it first and can claim it immediately. From there, the rescuer updates the case through its full lifecycle — Rescued, Under Treatment, Sterilized, Adopted — each stage logged with a photo and note. Every case gets a public "Animal Story" page: a real timeline anyone can follow, turning a one-time donation into a story people actually watch play out. Beyond donations, PawTrack is built to sell into two legally-mandated needs: CSR impact reporting for companies and ABC Rules 2023 sterilization tracking for municipalities — both still largely running on paper today. Built solo, entirely on native.builder, with Supabase powering real-time data.
