Problem: * Developers spend a lot of time researching before they can start building. * Technical information is scattered across documentation, blogs, tutorials, forums, videos, and multiple browser tabs. * Comparing technologies requires switching between sources and manually identifying differences, advantages, and limitations. * Research often ends up as scattered bookmarks, notes, and disconnected information. Solution: * ResearchNest is an AI-powered developer research workspace that brings the entire research process into one place. * Developers enter a technical question or topic and can add their own resources. * AI analyzes the research and organizes it into summaries, findings, evidence, sources, and relationships. * An interactive Research Map visually connects important concepts and findings. * For comparison topics, an Insights view presents differences, patterns, and trade-offs. * Ask ResearchNest allows developers to ask contextual follow-up questions about their research. The Why: * Developers shouldn't have to spend more time organizing research than understanding it. * ResearchNest aims to reduce context switching and turn scattered technical information into a clear, structured understanding. * It connects the journey from question → research → understanding → decision. The Usage: 1. Developer enters a technical question or topic. 2. Developer adds relevant resources if needed. 3. ResearchNest analyzes the topic using AI. 4. The site generates structured research and an interactive Research Map. 5. For comparisons, the developer can explore the Insights view. 6. The developer can ask follow-up questions using Ask ResearchNest. Target Audience: * Developers — especially developers researching unfamiliar technologies, frameworks, tools, or technical decisions. Outcome: * The output of ResearchNest is a structured, visual research workspace containing: * AI-generated research summary * Key findings * Evidence and sources * Relationships between concepts * Interactive Research Map * Comparison Insights and trade-offs * Contextual answers through Ask ResearchNest The final outcome is not just an AI answer, but an organized research space that helps developers understand a topic and make informed technical decisions.
