Aartha AI is an enterprise B2B Trust and Statutory Tax Audit Platform designed to eliminate weight manipulation, quality disputes, and GST fraud in India’s ₹1,20,000 Crore industrial raw material supply chain (sand, timber, coal, limestone). By pairing Google Gemini 2.0 Flash Vision AI with a Section 34 CGST Act Statutory Audit Engine, Aartha AI digitizes the end-to-end B2B trade lifecycle. Weighbridge operators capture physical slips via laptop webcams or mobile cameras, where Vision AI extracts vehicle plates and weight metrics in 2 seconds with adaptive canvas binarization. Dispatched loads travel along a straight highway GPS route featuring live semi-truck telemetry (🚛). At the receiving gate, buyer accounts managers verify receiving weights against an 🤖 98.4% Machine Vision Match Confidence Score. If moisture discrepancies arise, a symmetrical NABL lab dispute loop allows buyers and suppliers to submit counter-proof without legal stalemates. Unresolved cases escalate to an External CA Audit Desk, where a licensed Chartered Accountant verifies a 5-Point Proof Chain, adjudicates GST Credit Notes under Section 34 of the CGST Act 2017, and issues printable GSTR-9 Tax Audit Clearance Certificates backed by mandatory ICAI UDIN serial generation. Aartha AI transforms paper weighbridge chaos into verified, tax-compliant commerce.
