Title: Pace PR Orchestrator: Zero-Trust Multi-Agent Code Review The Problem: In modern CI/CD pipelines, the ultimate bottleneck is human code review. While AI coding assistants attempt to solve this, they introduce critical enterprise risks: severe data privacy violations (leaking PII or proprietary secrets to external LLMs), alert fatigue caused by AI hallucinations, and an inability to detect complex architectural anti-patterns across multiple files. Enterprises are forced to choose between slow human reviews or insecure, hallucination-prone AI bots. The Solution & Target Users: Pace PR Orchestrator is an Enterprise-Ready, multi-agent AI code review system focused on AppSec, AI Governance, and FinOps. Our target users are Software Engineering Teams, DevSecOps Engineers, and IT Managers. We designed the interaction to be completely frictionless: developers do not need to learn a new dashboard or leave their workflow. They simply open a Pull Request on GitHub. Within seconds, Pace PR intercepts the webhook, analyzes the code, and posts a highly accurate, Staff-Engineer level markdown review directly on the PR timeline. Why it is Creative, Unique, and Novel: What judges have never seen before is our approach to combining Zero-Trust Privacy with an Actor-Critic AI Architecture. We don't just send raw code to a generic LLM prompt. Instead, we orchestrated a highly resilient pipeline: Local Privacy Interceptor: Before any code leaves the enterprise perimeter, we pass the PR diff through a local Microsoft Presidio (NLP) middleware. It identifies and physically redacts sensitive PII (emails, IPs, CPF) and secrets, replacing them with [REDACTED_PII]. The LLM never sees the actual sensitive data. LangGraph Fan-out: The sanitized code is distributed asynchronously to three highly specialized sub-agents: Security, Architecture, and Testing. They hunt for deep logical flaws—such as Event Loop blocking or tight coupling—in parallel. The Critic Agent: To eliminate alert fatigue, the sub-agents' findings are sent to a Critic Agent (Lead Reviewer). This agent cross-references the claims, filters out hallucinations, and guarantees zero false positives. Shift-Left Observability & FinOps: Instead of relying on external dashboards, we embedded Governance natively. Every PR review dynamically calculates its own Pipeline Latency, Mean Confidence Score, and Estimated LLM Cost, injecting a "Governance Metrics" table directly into the GitHub comment. Backed by asyncio Semaphores for webhook backpressure and exponential retries, we ensure complete cost control and architectural resilience. Pace PR Orchestrator finally makes autonomous code reviews secure, governed, and highly intelligent.
