WaystarOS Pocketful is an autonomous software factory and digital wallet application created for the Dark Factory Hackathon. Instead of relying on one coding agent, the factory uses four specialized BAND seats: a Coordinator, Implementer, Verifier, and Release Reviewer. The seats divide work, hand implementations between one another, independently verify behavior, and validate releases before acceptance. The factory completed all four Pocketful stages. Stage 1 implements the core JSON API with authentication, atomic payments, money requests, bill splitting, settlements, idempotent writes, and portable state import/export. Stage 2 adds a browser-based wallet interface together with authorizations, holds, partial and final captures, and recovery behavior. Stage 3 introduces payment corrections, effective versus recorded time, historical balances, statements, and snapshot-stable pagination. Stage 4 adds refunds and atomic batch corrections while preserving transaction history and financial consistency. Pocketful was designed around strict financial invariants: money cannot be created or destroyed, balances cannot become negative, retries must not duplicate transactions, and multi-item operations must remain atomic under concurrency. Each stage is containerized with Docker and includes reproducible run instructions. The repository also preserves the BAND room transcript, reusable agent mandates, factory documentation, and stage-by-stage implementation so the autonomous development process itself can be inspected and reproduced.
