Opticycle — Proof Before Capital
Opticycle is a proof-carrying SPY options agent for autonomous paper trading, where execution integrity matters as much as the trade idea. AI Logic The model receives fresh market evidence and may return only BULLISH, BEARISH, or NO_TRADE. Deterministic code selects the 3–10 DTE, $5-wide credit vertical and owns every executable field. Risk Gates Before capital moves, a short-lived certificate binds the canonical MLEG payload byte for byte: symbols, sides, ratios, quantity, limit, and intent. Any mutation invalidates authorization. Position sizing caps max loss at 2% of equity and total open risk at 8%. Alpaca Infrastructure Orders use the official Alpaca MCP server only. After submission, Opticycle queries Alpaca with the same client_order_id and declares success only when broker state matches the certified payload. An ambiguous response causes HALT—never a second submit or split-leg fallback. On Alpaca paper account PA3V84C40PJQ, Opticycle recorded three option fills, a signed-credit price-bound MATCHED trace, and +$55.67 closed-spread realized P&L. The public evidence bundle exposes broker receipts, payload hashes, reconciliation status, account snapshots, and an append-only ledger.
