Machine Earning

Machine Earning is an autonomous investing agent for people who want to invest but do not have the time or market expertise to research companies, follow prices, and manage trades themselves. It runs inside the Codex harness and takes over the complete investment workflow. The system continuously scans a broad universe of stocks for promising opportunities. It combines market data, technical signals, social sentiment and fresh analyst activity to narrow thousands of possible investments into a focused shortlist. That shortlist becomes the agent’s research queue. For every serious candidate, specialized sub-agents conduct in-depth fundamental and technical analysis. The main agent combines that research with current prices, portfolio exposure, liquidity, and risk. It decides whether to buy, sell, hold, or do nothing; chooses between stocks and options; determines position size and invalidation levels; and places and manages orders through Alpaca. It also monitors existing investments, reacts to changing conditions, and can reduce or close positions without waiting for the user to press a button. Before placing a trade, Machine Earning records realistic alternative decisions. It later compares those alternatives with the real outcome and converts useful findings into lessons for future trades. Every decision, source, order, and portfolio change remains auditable. The system currently operates with paper money while we validate its performance and safety before pursuing a compliant live-investing product. A complete autonomous investing cycle - from scanning the market to researching opportunities and executing decisions - typically finishes in under an hour.
