Alpaca Claude Code Qwen3

Options Alpha Agents

Quant Mosquito is a solo-built, fully autonomous options trading agent for Alpaca's paper trading environment. Every hour, it pulls SPY's technical indicators and live news headlines, sends both to a Featherless-hosted LLM for reasoning, then sizes, enters, and manages options trades based on the model's confidence — using Alpaca's Trading API for data and its official CLI for execution. Position exits (take-profit, stop-loss, time-based), a daily loss circuit breaker, and a pre-trade paper-endpoint safety check run every cycle. The underlying technical signal was honestly backtested against 90 days of history — informing, not blindly trusting, the LLM's final call.
