ClaimThat helps freight teams decide what to do when a shipment goes wrong. Today, the information needed for a freight claim is usually spread across purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, photos and carrier records. Teams often have to compare everything by hand before they can decide whether a claim is worth filing. With ClaimThat, a user uploads the shipment documents and photos in one place. Evolus reads the documents and helps review the case, while AMD checks the shipment photo for visible damage. ClaimThat then compares what was ordered, invoiced and received, calculates the potential loss, and gives the team a clear next step. The result can be: Claim, No Claim, or Human Review. In the demo case, 320 units were expected but only 288 were received. ClaimThat identifies the 32 missing units, checks the supporting evidence, and calculates an estimated recoverable value of $2,840. It also handles cases where the evidence does not fully agree. For example, if the documents show that all 320 units were received but the shipment photo still shows possible damage, ClaimThat does not automatically create a claim. It sends the case to a person for review instead. The team can then approve the recommendation, override it, or escalate the case, and ClaimThat can prepare the claim packet for the next step. The idea is simple: help freight teams spend less time comparing documents, catch claims that might otherwise be missed, and make better decisions about when to file.
