IT Workflow AI

IT Workflow AI automates the process of turning IT problems into organized support tickets. Instead of filling out forms by hand, a user can type a description of the issue or upload an audio recording. The input is preprocessed, then passed to an AI agent that creates the ticket. The agent gives each ticket a severity score, picks the category that best matches the problem, and assigns it to the right support team. Users can also create their own categories and teams, so the system fits the way their organization works. A dashboard shows all tickets in one place. Tickets are color coded by severity, can be sorted by date or severity, and can be filtered by resolved status. Summary metrics and a severity chart give a quick view of what needs attention, and tickets can be marked resolved as they are handled. The project is a full stack web application. The frontend is built with Angular, the backend runs on Node.js, and the agent pipeline is built with Google ADK.
