GrainTrust AI is a multilingual, voice-first platform that helps farmers understand grain quality and price deductions. It combines computer vision, explainable AI and AssemblyAI-powered speech processing to identify visible defects, explain grading results and convert buyer conversations into structured evidence. Its Voice Evidence Mode compares the buyer’s stated deductions with detected grain-quality indicators and highlights possible inconsistencies. The platform delivers simple spoken explanations and a shareable quality report in the farmer’s preferred language, improving transparency and confidence during grain transactions.
