Team Idea
We are building Sawt al-Tameen — The Voice of Insurance, an English-language voice agent that helps healthcare providers prepare insurance pre-authorisation requests. Powered by AssemblyAI, it verifies caller and member details, checks a synthetic UAE benefit catalogue, identifies missing documents and prepares an auditable case for human review. Our focus is reliable voice interaction, clear policy citations and accountable automation. The assistant can recommend next steps, while software-enforced boundaries reserve approval and denial for authorised human reviewers. We aim to reduce incomplete requests and repeated administrative calls, helping insurance teams spend more time reviewing cases and less time collecting information.
