Roundsheet — a voice-first field inspection agent. Built on AssemblyAI's Voice Agent API, it lets a technician talk through an equipment inspection completely hands-free. The agent uses turn-taking to ask only for what's missing, drives every update through JSON-schema tool calls, checks each finding against a compliance ruleset, and ends the session by generating a PDF inspection report plus draft work orders. Multilingual input (Universal-3), English output. Target users: HVAC/MEP contractors, property management, utilities, and manufacturing safety teams - anyone whose inspections today mean 15 minutes of paperwork per asset.
