"Bharani team on AssemblyAI - Voice Agent Hackathon Hackathon"
Team Idea
ProcureVoice is a voice-first AI procurement and negotiation agent that transforms how businesses purchase products and services. Users simply speak their requirements, such as product, quantity, budget, delivery deadline, and mandatory certifications. Using AssemblyAI for natural voice interaction, ProcureVoice extracts constraints, searches and compares suppliers, negotiates offers, verifies requirements, calculates savings, and generates a draft purchase order. The system keeps humans in control through a final approval step before any transaction. Instead of being a simple voice chatbot, ProcureVoice acts as an agentic procurement assistant that takes a business goal and executes the multi-step workflow from conversation to purchase-ready order.
