Complex digital forms can be difficult for older adults and people with limited digital experience, especially when they need to identify the next field, correct an error, or make an important choice. AksesSuara addresses this problem through a voice guide embedded beside a simulated JKN enrollment form. Using AssemblyAI’s Voice Agent API, users can ask what is missing, request a simpler explanation, or ask the guide to focus a relevant field. The agent receives structured information about the current screen, such as field labels and completion status, and may request only approved actions. The application validates each request before it highlights a field or advances a step. Users enter sensitive numbers themselves; the prototype masks them and excludes raw values from the agent’s screen context. Facility selection, consent, and final decisions remain with the user. This independent hackathon prototype uses fictional data. It does not connect to BPJS Kesehatan or submit any official registration. It demonstrates how accessible voice assistance could support public-service workflows after an authorized integration.
