CHASK AI is a voice-first coordination agent for residential construction and property management. Companies configure their buildings, units, service categories and responsible contractors. Supervisors and property managers report issues through WhatsApp using voice, text and photos. CHASK AI uses AssemblyAI to structure each incident, resolve the correct property, route it to the right contractor, track repairs and reinspection, and keep the full history available for dashboards and reports. Building solo for now.
