A voice agent that phones home-rehab patients every week and remembers what they said last time. AssemblyAI Universal-Streaming v3 hears a real phone line over mu-law at 8 kHz; Speech Understanding runs on the recording after hangup. A promise made in week one is asked about in week two, and what actually happened retires the old fact instead of deleting it. Red flags escalate in deterministic code, not in a prompt. Building solo, not looking for teammates.
