What if you didn’t have to program repetitive computer work—you could simply show the computer how you do it? **MIRROR** turns demonstrated work into controlled automation. It observes a user’s permitted workflow, detects the underlying pattern, and converts low-level actions into meaningful semantic steps such as **Find Invoice → Extract Data → Rename Document → Update Record → Verify**. But MIRROR doesn’t blindly replay clicks or execute on its own. It proposes the discovered workflow, requires explicit **human approval**, executes the approved automation, and then **verifies the actual outcome**. Our prototype demonstrates this with a synthetic invoice-processing workflow, showing the complete loop: **OBSERVE → UNDERSTAND → PROPOSE → APPROVE → EXECUTE → VERIFY MIRROR’s vision is simple: make automation accessible by letting people demonstrate repetitive work instead of manually programming every step. * Show it once. Automate it forever.
