Team Idea
We’re building a real-time AI voice operations system for service businesses. Incoming customer calls are transcribed with AssemblyAI, then Fortifiers uses its agent system to understand the request, extract service type, problem, urgency, location, quantities, and missing details. Frank acts as the orchestration agent, routing deeper scope questions to Freya and pricing or commercial reasoning to Felix when needed. The system can ask intelligent follow-up questions and convert the conversation into a structured, auditable service ticket instead of leaving staff to manually translate calls into CRM data. We’re looking for builders interested in real-time voice AI, agent orchestration, backend systems, and product design.
