Building GridGuard Assembly AI Voice Agent Integrated, a human-governed voice AI system for critical grid operations. AssemblyAI provides the speech-to-text voice intake layer, converting spoken incident reports into structured operational evidence. GridGuard adds incident extraction, explicit human approval gates, supervisor escalation, voice feedback, and an auditable decision trail. The goal is faster operational response while keeping consequential decisions under human control.
