Team Idea

RoleCall conducts real, spoken AI interviews and turns them into decision-ready hiring insights. Built on AssemblyAI's Voice Agent API, it holds a natural, real-time voice conversation with candidates - no scripts, no one-way video, no forms. After the interview, RoleCall analyzes the transcript for technical knowledge, problem-solving, communication, and behavioural fit against the specific role's requirements. It then generates an overall score, a role-fit breakdown across multiple positions (Best Fit → Not Suitable), and a hiring recommendation - giving HR a structured, comparable report and candidates clear, actionable feedback. Unlike most interview-AI tools, which focus on candidate practice and coaching, RoleCall is built for the employer's side: faster, more consistent first-round screening at scale, with insight into which roles a candidate is genuinely best suited for - even beyond the one they applied for.
