Team Idea
We're building ReceptionAI, an autonomous voice AI agent that acts as a virtual front-desk receptionist for clinics and small businesses. It answers incoming calls, understands caller intent using speech recognition and natural language understanding, checks real-time calendar availability, and autonomously books, reschedules, or cancels appointments. It handles common FAQs instantly (hours, location, pricing, services) and escalates urgent or complex requests to a human staff member. Every call is confirmed via SMS/email and logged for front-desk review. We're looking for teammates skilled in voice AI (speech-to-text/text-to-speech), LLM-based conversational agent design, and backend/API integration (calendar, SMS/email, telephony). Bonus if you have experience with Twilio or UI/UX skills for building a simple dashboard.
